One of the oldest art forms known to man, mandalas have long been used in meditative practices. They are experiencing a boom in popularity recently thanks to the mindfulness movement.

In this workshop we will create both black AND white mandala to balance both positive and negative aspects or our lives ’
This popular mandala workshop will move beyond mandalas as simply an art form, to exploring ways of using mandalas mindfully to create positivism, happiness and direction in our lives.
A workshop for first timers and repeaters.
