If you can hold a pen, then you too can create a gorgeous mandala and experience peace of mind at the same time.
One of the oldest art forms known to man, mandalas have long been used in meditative practices. They are experiencing a boom in popularity recently thanks to the mindfulness movement.
NEW MANDALA WORKSHOP
IIn this workshop we will be exploring all the colours of the rainbow! We will be learning how to use paint to make our basic mandalas look really stunning.
Please bring an apron!
This popular mandala workshop will move beyond mandalas as simply an art form, to exploring ways of using mandalas mindfully to create positivism, happiness and direction in our lives.
A workshop for first timers and repeaters.
