Who are we ?
We are an international team of culinary experts, teachers and food fanatics based in central Japan. We run various courses and workshops at our schools and cafe dedicated to the understanding and enjoyment of all food. Connections - our cafe- aims to combine the food cultures of both traditional and contemporary UK and Japan. Our cooks specialize in international treats at the weekend to tempt residents and tourists alike and our workshops provide an ideal opportunity for food and drink experts to share their knowledge. We offer a bi-lingual Japanese - English experience- nothing is lost in translation.
Why 2019?
Japan is hosting several international Sporting events in 2019 and 2020. The country will host the RUGBY WORLD CUP RUGBY in September and October 2019 and the SUMMER OLYMPICS in 2020. Our JUST FOOD JAPAN is timed perfectly for the early Spring of 2019 & and another chance for those coming for for the Rugby world cup in Autumn. Two perfect seasons for food and comfortable tours.
